I bought a new phone from verizon that didn't make it to my home. it was sent to the wrong address and returned. i cannot get them to send the phone to the correct address. there is no option for this on the phone, and humans wont answer. the online chat people told me they fixed the problem but they didn't. Beginning to think they stole from me. Any ideas?
