Verizon OVER billing $50 Check Your bill

Everyone check your bills. Starting 3 months ago Verizon started to add a $50/month fee for "insurance". We didn't request and each month we have had to call and have this removed. Had we not reviewed the bill we would be paying $50 more per month. CHECK YOUR BILL!  Can't believe this is just our bill, so how much is Verizon pocketing here from customers?
