I have purchased a few accessories and returned two items. I went to the Order Status page and selected the items I want to return. Your system has auto-generated a UPS return label. I don't have the tracking number but we can see clearly it says "Returned Shipped on August 13"
It's almost 2 months, and I have reached out to customer service via chat and email multiple times.
"YOUR SYSTEM HAS GENERATED THIS UPS LABEL, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT ON YOUR END". If you cant dump your stupid backend IT system.
