On my VerizonUp account, it says available Verizon dollars $407.64. This is not correct. It should be $521.23. The difference is the $113.59 from my previous statement credit from the Verizon Visa card.
When I call Verizon Up Rewards, they tell me to call Customer Service, because they can't see the dollars amount. Customer Service tells me to call Verizon Visa because it's an issue with statement credits. Verizon Visa tells me to call Verizon Up Rewards, because the statement credit is listed in my Activity already and therefore, they have done their job.
Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved by a person? Which department do I call or do I stop using Verizon Visa since there isn't an honest "perk"?
This is very strange and we certainly want to help you as much as possible, JHP_08. You indicate a difference of $113.59 from one statement to the next. Were any Verizon Dollars redeemed during your previous billing cycle towards your Verizon bill or the upgrade of a phone? -Antonio
