For the last 6 months or so, it's like Verizon just stopped working in parts of Eastern Colorado. In Fort Morgan, I can't even use the phone (S22) unless I use call thru wifi. It's hosed me in urgent situations, and I'm learning that it's not just me - everyone I talk to in the area with a 5G capable phone has the same issue. Many have switched to Viaero. Verizon's answer? "Here is a signal booster for your house, and you're not the only one complaining. We have hundreds of calls just like this one every week".
They're another company who has adopted the " too bad so sad for you" customer service philosophy.
