I have to say the support I received today was with a combative support specialist who in my view was completely in the wrong job. Verizon service is disastrous - I moved one of my numbers to ATT a few weeks back and my experience there was simply fantastic  - as soon as I can figure out how I will move my family over to ATT as well.
