***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Verizon Trade-in NOT Applied

Like so many others have posted, we find ourselves in the midst of the Verizon trade-in issue. Our daughter's old phone was sent in three months ago and was confirmed received, and yet we have not received the promotional credit. Multiple attempts to contact Verizon have resulted in no resolution. At this point we believe this is INTENTIONAL on Verizon's part to not pay customers money they have promised, and we are left with no option other than to report them to authorities. Buyer Beware! If you're not already with Verizon, this is NOT a company you want to do business with!
