Anyone ever won a super ticket only to have the wrong item sent and after two weeks and five or six phone calls no resolution?
As seen in the picture, it specifically mentions Galaxy Buds Live ANC and I was just sent regular Galaxy Buds. Verizon has gone as far as altering the text in the rewards ticket after the fact so I'm lucky I took screenshots of the original wording. I first reported this 12/26 and I've been very polite and patient with the reps but it's time for Verizon to honor what they wrote in the description.
As you can see they've since changed the language - pretty disingenuous in my opinion.
