Verizon Unlimited plans

We have been with Verizon wireless for many years. Another phone provider will be offering  2 Unlimited lines for people over 55 for 60 bucks a month.  Boy this would be a huge savings for us to switch providers. Will Verizon be offering a plan like this for people over 55 ?
