All the sudden six months ago lost my $10 discount from Verizon Wireless Bill! I have Fios Gigabit Internet along with Five Phones with premium unlimited Plans. It did happened right after contact Verizon Loyalty Customer service because my Device $$ went down from $10 to $5
Verizon Loyalty Tier 2 Customer service said Device $$ will be restored but never happened in last six months but now top of that my $10 discount hS has gone south.
