I have been successful in redeeming the rewards on my line as the account owner.
However, I have registered and logged in to My Verizon and set up Verizon Up on two other lines and I am not able to successfully get a code to work in Pokemon Go.

Oh yes, that is the link I have been trying to obtain the codes for my other 2 lines.
This is the same page where my line was able to obtain the codes and redeem them in game.
I signed in with the My Verizon logins for each specific line, I obtain the code and sometimes the code looks the same as the very first one and now I was able to obtain new codes that will not redeem to the Pokemon Go account.
