I earn Verizon Up rewards through the Verizon Visa. My billing statement has ended and the billing paperwork shows that I earned $92.28 in Verizon Dollars. When I go to the Verizon Up app, the dollars are not there. It's been a couple of days since the billing cycle has ended. Where did the dollars go?
