I'm on my 4th try to resolve the fact that VZ has not credited my account for the $70 off "Bonus Award" for a JBL speaker bought in March 2021! First 2 reps said they resolved the problem and I would get the credit. Third time I called rep said I needed to speak with the "special" Verizon Up department. I've now been on hold 30 minutes. This feels very sketchy...a different story every time and no one is accountable. Anyone else experience this problem?

I had a similar issue with a discount earned on a new device ("device dollars" from Verizon Up) about a year ago. It took me 3 calls and a long online "chat" with someone before what should have been a straightforward credit was actually handled correctly. Very frustrating and I don't trust Verizon to ever get billing correct as I've heard others with similar stories. Stay on top of them (like you are)....unfortunately, it's the only way you can be sure you will get the money you have earned.
