I am unable to access my Verizon Up on my Verizon. My phone is updated. The app update was Uninstaller and reinstalled. My cache was cleared but I am still getting a white screen that says unable to connect. Everything else in the app is working. I'm not having any other issues with my phone. I spoke to Verizon up and was referred to technical support. technical support referred me to Verizon up and then Customer service. 2 and a half hours on the phone and still no resolution. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue

I have been on the phone with 5 Verizon people so far on this. My Up Rewards portion of the app hasn't worked for multiple days. 2hrs later I am finally on a chat with a tech person. Now prior to this I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times on 2 different phones including clearing the data cache. I then wiped one of the phones including formatting the SD card. Still doesn't work on that phone. The tech started with trying to sell me a Verizon Home Devices support warranty. You read that right. The very 1st thing she did was try to sell me a warranty completed unrelated to this.
After going through all of the above and telling me that replacing the phones likely won't be a solution she told me I use the Verizon website to apply and choose my rewards. I told here that you can't do it on the site. She assured me you can then when she tried to she realizes it can't be done as it only directs you to the mobile app to do it.
Now she finally tells me a ticket needs to be created. In order to do so I have to all back again, ignore the prompts to use the chat feature, get to a tier 2 rep to create a ticket.
I have screenshots of this entire chat - it is a complete joke.
MattyWaz, we apologize for the Verizon Up troubleshooting experiences and yes, Verizon Up rewards can only be claimed and managed via the My Verizon app.
If not already we will need to file an IT ticket to resolve this issues with accessing Verizon Up. This is not an issue with your phone but our system and My Verizon app. If an IT ticket hasn't been filed yet please let us know.
Still no response on the ticket. No response how I can redeem my reward that will expire if not chosen. App still not working.
I did get a text acknowledging issues and assuring me my device dollars will accumulate however that is a separate concern and issue unrelated to the app functionality.
We are truly sorry to see you in this dilemma. We want to offer the support you need. Ticket INC006738850 has not been resolved. What we did is escalate the investigation to get it resolved as soon as possible. Please allow 24 to 72 hours to resolve. Does this provide peace of mind? ~Gilbert
I am having the same issues....so fed up!! Been going through hoops like you with no response. I have the Galaxy S9...works fine when I go to my girlfriends's Iphone...think it all started when I updated the app, not sure.
