Is anyone else having trouble signing into the Verizon website and their new authentication process. I was not able to respond on my phone fast enough. I finally had to send it to my e-mail and enter the code.
Do we have to do this every time we want to get into the website - if so, please cancel my account and I will go to another provider. It was ridiculous and did nothing to enhance the safety of my account other than making it hard for me to get in.
