Ive called verizon customer support 3 separate times only to be hung up on. The first time i called the verizon agent immediately hung up befor even talking. So i called 2 more times and got a representative and talk to them and asked to speak to a supervisor only to have both supervisors hung up on me befor even talking to me. I cant believe that im being treated like this while trying to solve my issue on my account.
My question is how do i get this issue escalated and resolved?
