Asurion doesnt have my phone in stock, they put me on back order. Its been 3 days and still on back order. Every person i spoke to at verizon is no help. Whats the point of paying for insurance if its not readily available. Anyone go through same problem?

Because you're doing the equivalent of complaining to Best Buy about Apple. Verizon and Asurion are two completely different companies with different inventories.
If something is out of stock, it's out of stock. I don't know what you're expecting Verizon to do about a another company.
