Verizon billing issue?

I'm having serious issues with my account, which is now on collections due to mistakes (Confirmed and admitted) by Verizon Billing.  It's now severely affecting my credit report, and will affect my business credit line with our bank lenders.  I've been with Verizon for about 10 years.  Please help....
