I have been a Verizon customer for like 15 years now, and lately, the customer service has gone to *****. I have spent several hours on the phone, only to get transferred over and over again, and three hours in one day in a store just trying to get a device working that they sold me and activated incorrectly. Spent another hour in a store today and told the guy I had to work and to call me if he fixes it. If he doesn't, I'm leaving and they will never get paid for anything, because they owe me for the time I took off work to deal with their *****. *****
