I communicated with Verizon last week and have screenshots where my issue was resolved. However. It was not. I have been talking to reps 3 days and get different answers . Management disconnects. I am trying to plan the burial of my child and at this point have missed 3 days work on top of that. I do remote sales so Verizon has cost me about 3k at this point . I have emailed CEO. I am trying not to be a Karen but my next call will be my lawyer and BBB. Can anyone help
Don't go to the BBB. It's just a lie made up by small businesses to pretend they care. Go to your state attorney general's office instead, or state consumer complaint system.
