Verizon helping front line heros? LOL

I learned about the front line hero discount last month.  I tried to sign up for it and found that it was very difficult trying to navigate through the various links.  I thought I completed the application after they confirmed through my email, only to find out that it didnt go through.  Its almost as if they made it difficult on purpose.

After I call in to figure out what happened, I am directed to the appropriate links only to find out that doctors and nurses and hospital staff are excluded from this discount.  REALLY?  Its unbelieveable to see what other "first responders" are included, but not doctors and nurses and other hospital workers!  I cant imagine who are more in the front lines now than doctors, nurses and all hospital staff.  Verizon, this is truly laughable.

Others have mentioned this as well not sure how they classified 1st responders but in many people list it would include doctors and nurses and few others would fall into that in my opinion
