Verizon is a rip off poor provider
Verizon Wireless made a mistake and disconnected my service. The last supervisor that I spoke too told me that something was entered incorrectly.  The customer service experience was horrific. The 5 hours of hold time, and the bureaucratic passing the buck made no sense! The phone was off all day. I was not able make calls.  This Verizon employee error negatively impacted me financially and as a customer since 1996 Verizon clearly lacks respect for my business.  I will be sharing this experience on many platforms!  Soon, I will be disconnecting all of my services!
