***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Verizon took money out of our account the wrong one and took out 1,200.00 dollars. We wanted to pay from another account. That’s my husbands whole paycheck!! We need that to live and are barely getting by and he’s the only one that works right now because I have some health issues. and I told them about this I talked to 6 different people. They all told me that I would get a refund I even talked to finance person and they said I’d have a refund in 3-5 days only to get an email 2 days ago that they don’t think a refund should be issued!!! Like what the heck!!! They literally promised us a refund. We need OUR money back. They’ve been horrible lately!!!

How did they get the account numbers?  Did they take out more than you owe?
