I have spent 3 days this weekend trying to get a new phone upgrade and add another line to my account and today I almost finally achieved that. Your customer representative canceled my order after I signed all the documents (4 times mind you) to order my new note 10 plus and a new line.
Then when I called Verizon back after being on Hold 3 times for 30 minutes each they refuse to give me the same deal.
I am very upset and I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
I need the new line and phone because I have a business and will most likely add more lines in the future. But Verizon needs to fix this for me first on your end or I'll take my business elsewhere.
Did you order the phones online or through a different method?
