Verizon need to STOP calling their "Unlimited"plan unlimited

I am part of a business account. We rely upon our MiFI for our people to operate in the field, as we typically are not able to get Wi-Fi or hardline.  The issue is that with video conferencing, photos, training videos and just daily apps that we use for record keeping and tracking progress, the "Unlimited" plan runs out of data (22Gig) Once the cap is hit, the speeds slow down so much that basic HTML Email or web sites will not load, they time out. This makes the MiFi Jet pack completely useless until cycle resets. The plan is NOT unlimited it is maxed at 22gig. This is FALSE advertising and needs to be stopped. NO you cannot continue to use the service after the cap is met so the plan is NOT  "Unlimited"
