Verizon has gotten too big and greedy. They nickle and dime you to death, give you erroneous information when in the oft chance you get a live representative, they have hold times of an hour plus. Don't know if T Mobile or Sprint is better, but in my case, I will soon find out. Lastly, why doesn't Verizon have an email you can write to.
