Verizon needs to do more to stop SPAM, including but not limited to making all forms of spam blocking technology free to consumers. In addition, revenue from service should be invested into policing against spam calls and prosecuting criminals with the full force of the law.
Instead, we're seeing a response that looks incredibly different. Is this too much to ask?
I've seen Verizon doing nothing. Since December 20th I've been getting about 15 spam calls a day. I am beyond sick of it. This is nothing short of harassment and Verizon is facilitating it....
This is not just a verizon problem. No matter what your phone service they get your number. If your number is on the do not call list report the spam number to the FCC each time. It goes way beyond verizon to put a stop to this.
