Verizon not honoring its printed word as usual

Verizon is very nefarious when it comes to honoring a promotion, unlike T mobile from where i came especially for the mobile plus home rewards where I have material stating that by existing Fios customers who sign up for unlimited plans will get 30 off their Fios Internet 1GB plan and 10 off wireless. The promo expired on 6-8-2022 and I signed up for wireless with 3 lines and upon signing into Verizon up program it gave me a only 20 off, 10 for W and 10 for fios. Spent hrs sending links and screenshots over chat showing that existing fios customers get additional 20 off internet of 1 GB plan and talking on the phones but it fell on dead ears. Here is a link where it says if you join WIRELESS you get 50%off your internet bill.

This is so sad and this company will never stop or improve its public image as being so shady and nefarious in its actions and being ethical in its business practice, they are absolutely morally dead.

It says up to $40 off.  Did you meet the requirements for the max ammount
