Verizon not working out

If you're reading this, save your time and money and go to literally any other provider.  

Switched to Verizon with the promise for 1) 10$ off for setting up auto pay 2) additional 15$ off for military discount and 3) 450$ credit for Bringing my own phone (BYOD program).

I signed up for the "Play more" plan, normally 80$, as clearly seen on their website.  

Not only have they refused to apply a single of the 3 discounts/promos I was promised, but I am actually being charged 90$ for the plan that should be 80$.  I can't believe it.  The MyVerizon app literally shows my bill charging me 90$ for the 80$ plan with no reasoning why. 

They won't give me a reason why the discounts aren't applied via the online chat service.  They told me to call their help line...

The "help" lines just take you in circles.  It has been impossible to talk to a real person. This company is such a joke.  I have never had a worse customer service experience.  I am not exaggerating.
