Verizon added a line, ordered a watch, and bought an accessory for it without my consent, and when I contacted them about it, they gaslighted me and said I did order it and that I had agreed to the terms and conditions. I had not even considered or even clicked on the watch and I would never add a line (already have a non-line watch) nor would I ever buy accessories directly from Verizon. The reaction should have been, 'WOW we are so sorry. Please forgive us for forging your acceptance of terms and conditions. What can we do to make it right for you?' instead of 'YES YOU DID ORDER IT.'
Verizon, your website, app, and customer service are really dysfunctional. Do better. Compensate me for the time and stress of fixing your messed-up mistakes and getting gaslighted and accused in the meanwhile.
Also when I was ordering a phone, it changed the color of the phone at the end of a check out without me doing anything. Not to mention it gave me wrong trade in values. Verizon website and app are really glitchy.
