Verizon phishing letter

Did anyone else receive a letter talking about the loyalty discount? 

I believe it is a scam bc the web site has a typo, 

How can I reach a live person at Verizon??? There is no way to get past the automation?  Isn’t the company big enough to have a live customer service department??

Don't waste your time. You'll be making other customers wait longer, wait 30+ minutes yourself and the rep already knows scams exist.
