I wonder if anyone has come across this issue. I was having problems with my HTC One and had to return the original phone because of camera issue and then had to return 3 of the certified used replace phones. With the last phone Verizon said the 90 warrant was up and they could not replace it. When talking to a supervisor he told me that Verizon takes care of the replacement warranty phone for us. It is benefit that they do for the customer. And they don't need to do it and we can always to go the manufacturer. Has anyone had any luck with contacting the manufacturer? Has anyone be told this by Verizon?
Not personally. The closest I came was going to the Samsung desk at best buy with a phone with faulty GPS, that kept dropping network signal.
Yes, the manufacturer can often do better for you. I have heard multiple success stories and it is well worth trying.
