I Initiated a trade in online for an iPhone SE (2nd Gen) with the appraisal price of $440 on 06-01-2021, received on 06-15-2021, last updated 06-17-2021. It is now November and after many failed attempts at trying to resolve this issue through customer service chats & phone calls, nothing has been resolved. I’m leaving Verizon because of this issue, along with another issue where I was lied to by a sales rep about the monthly price of an iPhone 11 Pro. I’m done trying to “fix” things with Verizon, everytime I call to express my concern absolutely nothing gets done & im just told “wait a few billing cycles” absolutely ridiculous to pay $140 a month for just 1 person anyways.
