I just want to go on record as stating I DETEST your two-factor authentication requirement whenever I simply want to login to verizonwireless.com to access my account. If I have my username and password, logging in from a recognized device, checking for a text or waiting for an email is beyond irritating. Verizon isn't fudging Fort Knox and sometimes I just want to get into my account.
Agree. And many times, the text message "authentication" website fails, because it either fails to connect, or it times out. This new Verizon website authentication process is total and complete garbage, among the worst of any major telco. Verizon should terminate the devops who oversaw this disaster, and retrain the garbage engineers who implemented this "solution."
