I have called the helpline over and over. I finally got help on 1/3. I was told my trade in package was sent on 12/28 and delayed due to the holidays. I got an email from Verizon this morning that I need to send my old phone back. PLEASE tell me how and where to send my phone. This is ridiculous. I will bring it back the local version store and give it to them if I cannot get help. No one is picking up on the 800 number either. It does not even give a wait time or a call back time option anymore.
We are aware that many return kits were delayed over the holidays, Katetighe1966. I have gotten that kind of email warning, so I understand how unsettling it can be. Is this the first "warning" about returning the trade? Do you have a tracking number for the trade in kit? Do not share that tracking number here. We just want to know if you have it. -George
