Why is the site down so much lately? I have been trying to manage my bill for the last week and on 3 occasions I have tried I get 502 errors and chat with agents and they say its down after I ask them for the status in infomanager. This is ridicoulous that we pay a premium for service and you cant keep one of the most critical systems up to handle payments!

Please do not lie. I chatted with a rep and a outage for garbage was reported in infomanager. They finally got it back up but it's happening a lot.
