After 15 years of my business, they failed me again. Too many issues over the years and recently this last week as I tried to port an AT&T line and iphone to them. Hours and hours on multiple calls getting switch back and forth - taking a week to resolve! They have worn me out. When I called customer service today and voiced my complaints of this week (as well as over the years), they did very little to right a very wrong situation. I asked to speak to someone higher and the rep said she did all she could. I warned her I was taking my 7+ lines elsewhere. I guess Verizon doesn't care that they are losing my business. I'm sure Sprint will be delighted to get it. I'm done!
