VerizonUp Super Tickets Disappointment AGAIN!

Another disappointing interaction for SuperTickets.

Tried for and won SuperTickets for Steelers Vs. Saints on 11/13.  After reading and seeing all the perks and swag given to others such as VIP parking and entry, suite box seats, all-you-can eat and drink service, lanyards, etc, I was surprised to just receive a Ticketmaster email to get my tickets. I thought that maybe there would be more info but it was just a pair of tickets. Seats were good but again, surprised that was it. 

I called Verizon and got the regular “check the fine print.” Not too easy to do while you are counting the seconds to try to get the seats. So basically there are no perks or special benefits with this and now I have to wait 6 months to try again.

Anyone else have the same or similar experience?

Might be time to find a new carrier. At least I claimed a free drink at Starbucks today.
