I am currently on a shared account.
First off this post is in regards to a problem on a shared account.
Every month I have paid my phone bill before my payment is due with no problems even paying it well before the due date.
Verizon I thought was happy with that.
So much so that you have been sending me notice to upgrade my current phone because it is cleared of all payments.
I tried to do that today but when I called to do that you put a stop on it saying any device I want needs to be paid in full and cannot be financed due to a write off on the account.
First you won't tell me what that is in regards to.
Second you never informed of anything like that at all. Instead you keep taking my money saying I'm a fantastic customer.
If there was something I was not aware of in the past that needed my immediate attention you have in no way reached out to me to correct it.
Instead you let it ride until I try to do a upgrade on my phone.
All of this because of your lack of effective and fair communication on your end. To me that is a unacceptable measure being placed in my lap.
This could easily have been solved by alerting me about something that is very important for me to know as a customer.
This is a total slap in the face to me albeit a quiet one.
Fix your problem verizon because this is a huge flaw on your part and has left me feeling like you are not looking after my best interest! Instead your looking after only your interest which is in just taking my money and doing rude things like this.
I'm sure it won't matter if this makes me reconsider doing business with you in the future since you are already a multi billion dollar company as is.
As for the write off?
Since I am on a shared account you might check to make sure who you need to address this to.
And I'm out!
