I have two iPhone 12 Pro Max's on the Get More Unlimited plan.  

I just purchase Premium Streaming for $10 per line.

I am having trouble having trouble turning on the Maximum Video Streaming Quality to ON. This is required for Video Streaming to provide 1080p resolution. 

I keep getting this error message at the top of the screen:

An error message occurred while processing your request. Try again. 

I have tried several web browsers and even the Verizon app.  

Customer Service got me nowhere. They don't seem to know what I am asking them.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I would love to help with your video streaming. I did want to clarify a few things. What app are you using to maximize your streaming resolution? Have you tried other apps?

I think they are trying to do this and getting the error so would be the verizon app where they need to turn it on and can't.

It's not the apps. It's the setting to turn ON Maximum Video Streaming Quality.

I can't change the setting from OFF to ON.  

I tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox and even the Verizon app and I get the same error message each time.

I have the Get More plan so I should be able to do it.

None of the Verizon reps seem to understand what I am trying to tell them.  You understood right away.  

I don't know why the error keeps coming up. I have the best plan Verizon offers.  I tried different browsers, the Verizon app and even different PCs.  I get the same result every time.

Sorry I can't help, I don't have a qualifying plan to do this.  You did explain it clear so they should have understood.
