Have 3 phones on my account. On Saturday, February 13th, all of them stopped working as phones. Phone rings of incoming calls are working, but no voice communications of any kind. 2 phones are pure VoLTE (4G), specifically Kyocera duraXV Extreme. DATA works, WiFi calling works, but no VoLTE. Contacted VZ, they have no idea what happened or how to fix it, including "top" level technicians. Everything seems to be set up correctly, according to their evaluation of my account.
Conclusion: VZ is a horrible outfit with nobody to take care of the very serious problems, selling cell phones which can not work reliably as cell phones. I need resolution of this situation ASAP

No, all three (3) of my phones suddenly started working again after a day of not working. I got no explanation what happened and why all 3 phones were not working for more than 24 hours.
I did get a text message that VZ could not find anything wrong.
First and foremost, I am thrilled to hear that your services were restored. I do know we have had some rolling issues of outages due to the extreme winter storms that may have been resolved in your area before the ticket filed for you was reviewed.
