I've been over this and over this with Verizon reps and apparently there is no way to deactivate voicemail. In their system when they deactivate it - it automatically gives my line voicemail to text. Apparently there is no way around this - is what I've been told by several reps. *Sigh*
Are you wanting to remove voicemail completely or remove any visual voicemail?
