MY GOD can they at least post it on their website or have the recording say it when you call in so you're not waiting on hold for 45 minutes only to find out they're closed?! How in the world does anyone ever contact these people??????? Someone please show me where verzion lists their hours ANYWHERE!
Live chat is not available, Email is not available, I have two phones going at once on hold for 40 minutes each - neither of which ever plays a message noting whether its after hours...just obnoxious elevator music being played nonstop. So, here I have resorted to a community forum. This is the most absurd process I've ever encountered just to be able to reach your SERVICE PROVIDER.

Since going to post-paid years ago I have never waited longer than 3-5 min for a phone rep or 5 min for a live chat rep.
Well I just checked their website and guess what, the hours ARE listed.

AGAIN. what happened to 611, 24 hour service? Paid Verizon for nearly thirty years. R u not making enough money? Shameful.
