Verizon is a joke these days. Bought a Gizmo watch for my child as a Christmas present. The store associate told me she could text and call with the watch to select numbers that I could monitor. WRONG! Daughter opens on Christmas day and can't text at all. I spent time that day (that I should have been spending with my family) on a chat with Verizon trying to fix it. They couldn't and set me up an appointment at the store. Went to the store on 12/31 and the store said they couldn't help me either. They said the watch should text, but they don't trouble shoot in the stores anymore. I had to call. So, on NYE, I sat in the parking lot of the Verizon store for 1.5 hours on hold to finally talk to someone. After them troubleshooting for a while, they looked up the manual and realized the watch I was sold doesn't have texting capabilities!!! CRAZY. So she was super helpful helped me to set up a return of the Gizmo watch, and purchase an Apple watch. I offered to go in the store and personally buy the new watch, but was told it would be easier to do it over the phone and she would ship it to me. All I would owe is $24 in taxes. Great. I then paid the taxes on my phone while still on the line with her. New watch was to be delivered on Tuesday 1/4. I bet you can guess... it never came. So on Wednesday, I went on to my account to see if there was tracking information. But... it said the shipment was on hold because I had to pay the $24 in taxes. I entered my debit card number again and it wouldn't go through. So then I tried a credit card and that wouldn't go through. So then...I got on the chat with someone for another hour for them not to be able to figure out how to get my payment to go through. They gave up and told me I had to go to a store. Funny right!  oh and this is all over $24 that for some reason your website can't process, but you had no problem accepting my payment of $231 yesterday!

You can't speak to a human.  After texting two days and after sitting on hold they hang up on you. They TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOU MY APPROVAL - THEIF SHOPLIFTER · PICKPOCKET · SNEAK THIEF · MUGGER · STEALER ·
