I dialed 8664061545 and according to my phone I have now been waiting for someone to answer the phone and take my claim for the past 42 minutes and 6 seconds......Very frustrated.
Not true. A great deal cannot be done online anymore because of the broken web site, features that do not work, and error messages that direct users to call support. The online tool is terrible.
