Listen I do t want to get on here and gripe and complain. I need to know honestly how to talk to a love person without waiting 2 hours or scheduling a call back for two days later. I’ve been with Verizon for 15 years. I’m starting to look around. Haven’t talked to a customer service agent in two years it feels like. Number of customers cannot be used for an excuse. Time to look for a solution Verizon. If not, you will lose many loyal customers.
