No. Pay for it like everyone else or buy the phone at full retail from the manufacturer. It's amazing people want a thousand dollar phone, but complain about $35.
Good afternoon, KARIE_1898! We definitely understand that activation fees may seem inconvenient. These are industry wide fees. The reason for these charges is the cost of setting up the account and connecting to our network. They are one-time fees. Every customer is charged activation and upgrade fees. Unfortunately, these cannot be waived. We apologize for any inconvenience.
They are NOT industry wide fees. AT&T and T-Mobile both waive their activation fees when you activate online, even when you're opening a new account, yet you guys charge an activation fee even when adding another line to an existing account.
I completely understand how you fee, but keep in mind that we do offer promotions from time to time that offer free activation. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, that is never our intent. -Dia
