Cracked my screen and took it to my local verizon store, they told me to call Asurion insurance to get a replacement, replacement was mailed to me the very next day, but was not getting service. Drove to the verizon store to check if I did something wrong and I immediately had 4g, once I get a block away from the the store I lose all service and connection. Filed a claim again with asurion after already paying the 200 for the replacement they gave me. Verizon workers were as helpful as they could be but they informed me it was a faulty phone. Asurion was basically all automated and the few people I did talk to didnt seem to concerned with the issue
