Wayyyyyyyyyyy too many minutes

Due to the shutdown, I have exceeded my plans 700 minute limit by over 500!!! If I change my plan now, before the cycle ends in 7 days, can the present overage be covered?

Yes, you should be able to change your plan and backdate it to the beginning of your current cycle. On your next bill, you would get a credit for your current plan for this month which will be replaced with a charge for the new plan for this month. You will also have another charge for the new plan for next month. This bill will be a bit higher if the new plan has a higher cost than the old plan since you will be charged for 2 months for the new plan which would be partially offset by the lower cost of the old plan for 1 month.
