I don't want to lose our unlimited data, but I know that it's very hard to keep it now. My daughter keeps almost going over our minutes a few days before the end of the period, so she wants to increase the minutes. I hesitate to make any sort of change
You can keep the unlimited data if you change your plan to a (mobile to mobile) share family 1400 minutes. This is what I have and I get to choose over 5 frequent numbers to call unlimited to. But again cellphone to cellphone is unlimited on this plan. If you are on a nation wide 700 minute plan you can't. My suggestion is ask customer care to switch that plan to the mobile to any mobile 1400 share family plan. Data will not be affected.
The 1400-minute Nationwide plan includes 10 Friends and Family numbers; the 700-minute plan does not include any Friends and Family numbers. However, any calls between VzW phones do not count against the minute allotment (both 1400-minute and 700-minute plans). The 1400-minute plan is $20 more per month than the 700-minute plan.
Yes, the Nationwide plans provide 'free calling' on nights and weekends, i.e.,
nights: 9:01 pm - 5:59 am
weekends: 12 am Saturday - 11:59 Sunday
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your plan as we understand wanting to make sure you don't lose your unlimited data. What plan do you have currently? This information will allow us to give you a more detailed suggestion on what you can do with your account to retain the data at unlimited.
